Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking a Project Planner to enhance delivery of complex construction programs. You will craft strategies and tactics to improve planning, translate knowledge into a linked plan, and analyse using planning software to guide teams on priorities.

You will join our Project Planning Team, industry leaders in scheduling for complex builds, with opportunities to influence across projects and clients. This role blends hands-on planning with development of scalable practices.

Qualifications

• A construction engineering background with 2+ years on construction projects.
• Experience in project planning using software and principles.
• Strong Excel skills and a keen interest in data.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure it is followed.
• Ensure the project team understands and focuses on the plan and mitigates delays.
• Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders to improve delivery.
• Develop scalable, repeatable planning practices and tools with the team.
• Develop team skills and educate clients to improve project outcomes.
