Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience on construction projects, including hands-on claims involvement.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Track record of making projects and organisations better beyond the basics.

Responsibilities

• Supercharge client service: deliver cutting-edge project and cost management services.
• Oversee all project aspects through typical stages 2-6 following the regional process.
• Create detailed project execution plans suited to stage gate/design maturity.
• Champion collaboration with commercial managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Innovate fearlessly: bring fresh ideas and design new processes.
• Lead digital transformation by integrating project management elements with Laminar's controls-centric delivery.
• Think outside spreadsheets: promote a digitally enhanced approach.
