Job summary

TSL Sweden AB seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to lead and support Quantity Surveyors across projects in Sweden. You will apply company procedures, review subcontract and purchase orders, and manage risk, cash flow and final accounts while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Lead and enforce commercial procedures, templates and bulletins across the team.
• Lead and support Quantity Surveyors at all levels, minimising commercial risk.
• Support pre-qualification and tender submissions, including commercial responses and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead project cost clinics, deliver targets and inform Finance Directors of matters affecting profit margins.
• Review and authorise subcontract and purchase orders, payment certificates and contract documents.
• Manage project risk, cash flow, cost reporting, final accounts and retention in line with timetables.
• Oversee resourcing, performance and recruitment with Commercial Directors.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with Health & Safety policy.
