You will lead strategic category management, ensuring the availability and reliability of services for grid maintenance. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering, 5–10 years of experience, and strong communication skills in Swedish and English. Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience as Senior Buyer or Category Manager.
• Experience from manufacturing, energy, utilities or infrastructure industries.
• Experience working with framework agreements and delivery management.
• Strong capability in supplier engagement and collaborative innovation.
• Understanding of general terms and conditions such as NL, Orgalime, AB or ABT.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of category strategies for Field Services.
• Ensure category enables secure operations and maintenance of assets.
• Manage and develop subcategories within Field Services.
• Lead cross-functional category teams.
• Conduct demand and market analyses.
