Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an Analytics Architect to shape how data is structured, modeled, and consumed across the Grid Integration Data Platform. You will design semantic layers and scalable analytics frameworks enabling BI analysts and stakeholders to derive actionable insights.

You will partner with leadership to translate operational needs into analytics solutions, ensuring governance, compliance, and performance across global platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise analytics architecture.
• Senior role designing enterprise BI solutions and semantic layers.
• Experience with analytics patterns in complex environments.
• Knowledge of data governance, KPIs, and trusted data products.
• Ability to map analytical requirements with stakeholders and guide backend teams.

Responsibilities

• Design the Analytics & Modeling Strategy for semantic layers and data models.
• Translate business demands into analytical frameworks for dashboards, self-service, and automation.
• Uphold data governance, data quality, and KPI standardization across units.
• Ensure compliance with PPS guidelines, ITIL processes, and global regulations.
• Lead PoCs and technology evaluations for Power BI, Fabric/Azure, and related tools.
