Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB invites an Analytics Architect to shape how data is structured, modeled, and consumed across the Grid Integration data platform. You will design semantic layers and data models enabling BI analysts and business teams to extract insights, while aligning with global compliance and internal processes.

Working closely with the Team Manager and stakeholders, you’ll ensure the analytics landscape is scalable, high-performing, and governed, with PoCs and technology evaluations

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise analytics architecture experience.
• Strong BI and semantic layer design expertise.
• Experience with governance and data quality.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with PPS/ITIL processes in projects.

Responsibilities

• Design the Analytics & Modeling Strategy: Own the architectural blueprint for our semantic layers, data marts, and business-facing data models.
• Translate Demands into Analytical Frameworks: Partner with business leaders to understand complex requirements; design data consumption for dashboards, self-service, and workflows.
• Uphold Data Governance & Validity: Enforce data quality, Master Data alignment, KPI standardization for auditable reports.
• Ensure Process & Regulatory Compliance: Embed PPS and ITIL into the analytics deployment lifecycle, align with global data regulations.
• Lead technology evaluation and PoCs: Assess capabilities; run PoCs and advise on adoption for better scalability and governance.
