Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Sweden seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge data and decision making across our Grid Integration BI platform. You will design, develop and deliver customer-driven BI applications for GI projects, ensuring scalable, governed front-end solutions.

You will lead data flow architectures, collaborate with stakeholders, and train teams while adhering to PPS processes and data quality standards. This role offers growth within Hitachi Energy globally.

Qualifications

• Solid Experience in BI design and report development with data collection methods and data warehouse interfaces.
• Ability to create and maintain reusable data flow architectures aligned with Master Data management principles.
• Experience in maintaining existing BI solutions, roadmaps, and using ticket systems to resolve requests and issues.
• Strong ability to identify business demands and translate them to technical structures for diverse user groups, including training sessions.
• Commitment to PPS process guidelines and ensuring alignment with global BI standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a roadmap for new, customer-driven BI applications, ensuring interfaces meet GI project needs.
• Ensure BI implementations follow the established structure and guidelines, drive Master Data alignment, and guarantee data validity.
• Identify and capture new BI demands across the organization and translate requirements into reusable data flows.
• Run BI training sessions to empower the organization and manage application lifecycle with ticketing systems.
• Ensure all initiatives adhere to PPS process guidelines and support regulatory requirements.
