Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Data Engineer to develop, optimize and maintain robust data pipelines that feed a centralized data warehouse for analytics and BI.

You will implement architectural blueprints, work with data platform and analytics teams, ensure data quality, and uphold PPS and ITIL-based processes while delivering reliable data infrastructure across Hitachi Energy’s GI landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines and data flows.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and architecture.
• Experience with data quality, validation, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines feeding data warehouses.
• Collaborate with Data Platform and Analytics Architects on data models and backend structures.
• Monitor pipeline health and troubleshoot data processing issues; ensure compliance with PPS and ITIL/ITSM workflows.
