Job summary

HCLTech in Sweden seeks a strategic business development professional to identify and drive new AI, AI Factory and hybrid cloud opportunities across the EU. You will work with Sales, Delivery and Pre-sales to shape solutions and build a robust pipeline with partners such as Nvidia.

This quota-driven role requires a techno-commercial mindset, strong communication at the CxO level, and the ability to create compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM + B.Tech/B.E. with 60% across academics.
• Proven experience in business development or direct sales.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of cloud/DC and AI/GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and drive long-term growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Present PoV and positioning to customers.
• Develop techno-commercial models and business cases.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams.
• Own lead management and pipeline reporting.
• Engage with CxO level stakeholders.
