Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Group Technical Architect to lead AI-powered solution delivery in client environments from Stockholm. The role partners with senior engineers and consulting leads to translate requirements into production-ready systems across healthcare payer and provider organizations.

You will work hands-on developing components with Python/Java/SQL, integrating AI models and APIs, and guiding end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Total 15+ year of Experience in Client Facing - AI Implementation Cloud platforms Application interfaces as Solution Architect.
5+ years of proficient experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Python APIs, Java, SQL)
4+ years of experience operating in a consulting or advisory capacity
Demonstrated experience working in client-facing engagements, including partnering directly with stakeholders to understand needs
Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering
Ability to work effectively in client-facing delivery environments
Solid collaboration skills and ability to operate within structured project teams
Clear communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Master's degree in a technical discipline; Healthcare Domain Expertise; Understanding of healthcare payer and/or provider operations

Responsibilities

Solution Implementation & Delivery: Build and deploy AI-powered solutions in client environments.
Develop solution components using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Work with distributed systems and cloud platforms to support deployments.
Assist with data preparation, prompt configuration, and model integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and deployment.
Client Delivery Support: Collaborate with client stakeholders to drive delivery in engagements.
Support alignment between technical implementation and client expectations.
Document solution components and deployment processes.
Contribute to reusable patterns, assets, and playbooks.
