Job summary

Wolt is seeking a hands-on store operations lead to guide 2-4 shift leads, coach and develop them, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, including freshness, inventory and stock management.

You will hire, train and provide daily feedback, holding 1v1s twice a year to grow individuals, set goals, and work closely with the Area Manager to drive fast delivery and strong product selection.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to motivate others.
• Experience from working in a grocery store is a plus.
• Fast learner with the ability to multitask.
• Proactive and service-minded.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow and motivate a team to perform at their best.
• Improve store operations in collaboration with the Operations Team to enable fast delivery.
• Participate in internal and external meetings.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure good product selection on sale.
• Monitor shrink and reduce waste.
• Handle incoming goods and store orders.
• Oversee store needs and equipment for fast growth, including IT devices and fridges.
• Report to Area Manager.
