Job summary

PulseRise Technologies LTD is seeking a Project Verification & Validation Manager to act as the technical link between the solution, development, testing, and implementation teams on a complex systems program. The role focuses on structured, traceable verification of systems against defined requirements, ensuring progress only with evidence that it meets what was specified.

Qualifications

• Technical or engineering education or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in Verification & Validation (V&V).
• Solid understanding of software requirements, data, and code.
• Experience with various verification and testing methods.
• Experience with requirements management and requirement-to-test traceability.
• Experience with system, integration, and software testing.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams simultaneously.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Verification Plan and Verification Report.
• Analyze deviations by risk and impact.
• Coordinate verification activities across review, integration, and testing stages.
• Ensure independent verification is carried out.
• Keep development and testing teams synchronized.
• Conduct gap analyses between systems.
• Define entry/exit criteria for each stage.
• Review test specifications and scripts.
• Maintain requirement-system-test traceability matrices.
• Track and report testing KPIs.
