Qualifications

• Experience in premium retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

• Commercially minded and motivated by delivering results.
• Proactive and solution-oriented; comfortable taking initiative.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working with people.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Available to work on Saturdays and selected public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create an inspiring, positive, and personal showroom experience.
• Understand each customer’s vision and provide recommendations based on colours, materials, space and use.
• Help customers make informed decisions through professional, personalised guidance.
• Contribute to showroom sales goals while maintaining high service standards.
• Keep the showroom organized, inspiring, and presentable throughout the day.
• Assist with basic restocking, product displays, and showroom upkeep as needed.
• Work with the team to manage varying workloads and foster a collaborative environment.
