Job summary

Nordic Knots is seeking a seasoned Head of Brand Design to own and evolve its visual identity across store environments, packaging, editorial print, e-commerce and digital channels. You will define and protect the brand language and design system, ensuring consistency whether produced in-house, by an agency or by freelancers.

• Significant senior brand/graphic design experience in agency or premium in-house environments.
• Proven ownership of a brand’s visual identity and design system across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Experience leading designers and managing external creative partners.
• Strong portfolio with refined aesthetic and brand-level thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Nordic Knots visual identity and design system.
• Ensure consistency across packaging, retail, print, editorial, presentations, e‑commerce and digital channels.
• Set and uphold quality standards for internal and external output.
