Steep is looking for a Solutions Engineer in Stockholm to help customers succeed using our BI platform. You'll provide technical demos, lead trainings, and collaborate closely with both customers and the sales team. Qualifications

• Experience in analytics/data roles with a strong understanding of modern data stacks.
• Comfortable with BI tools and concepts like SQL, metrics, and visualizations.
• Excellent presentation and teaching skills for engaging and structured trainings.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized to manage well-structured training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical demos tailored to potential customers.
• Lead customer trainings and handle live Q&A sessions.
• Provide guidance in partnership with customers through calls and Slack.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare demos and shape narratives.
• Oversee customer enablement activities including onboarding sessions.
• Document insights and improve training content based on customer feedback.
