ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across Sweden’s largest enterprises, with a focus on Financial Services. You will be a strategic partner, leveraging ElevenAgents to transform customer experiences and operations for senior executives.

Ideal candidates have a strong network in Swedish financial institutions, a track record of selling to C-suite and a passion for AI voice technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Well-connected in the Swedish financial services landscape with a senior network.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; translate tech to business value.
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Sweden.
• Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment with playbook iteration.
• Passion for voice and audio AI and its value for customers.
• Hybrid customer- and product-driven mindset prioritising client satisfaction and scale.
• Native or full professional proficiency in Swedish; strong English for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Sweden, focusing on Financial Services & Insurance.
• Identify opportunities where ElevenLabs' AI capabilities can drive engagement and efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with business cases for C-levels.
• Develop deep understanding of conversational AI landscape and regulatory considerations.
• Demonstrate expertise or willingness to learn about AI voice tech and deployment scenarios.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence within Swedish financial services.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering for onboarding and expansion.
• Educate C-suite and senior leaders on trends in generative AI and voice interfaces.
