Job summary

Semine is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge technology and business for Nordics prospects. You will design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, quantify value in business terms, and show ERP integrations with the finance automation platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, act as a trusted technical advisor, and support pre-sales from qualification to closing. Fluency in Finnish and English is required; Swedish is a plus. Hybrid work in Sweden offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales support.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, or ERP workflows.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas to business and technical audiences.
• Exceptional presentation skills and proactive mindset.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations for Nordics prospects.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor in customer dialogues and workshops.
• Collaborate with Sales to build proposals aligned with client needs and ERP environments.
• Answer technical and functional questions with clarity.
• Support pre-sales activities from qualification to closing and handover to delivery.
• Represent Semine in client meetings, webinars, and industry events.
