Job summary

Viaplay Group in Stockholm seeks an IT Finance Solution Specialist to enhance financial processes through technology. You will manage the IT Finance ServiceDesk for financial systems, provide end-to-end solutions, and collaborate with finance stakeholders and other departments.

You will secure and configure new functionality, automate manual tasks, and build relationships across the finance organization. English and Swedish communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial applications and reporting systems like Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
• Background in financial administration.
• Experience building automation of financial processes.
• At least 1 year in a support organization.
• Excellent communication in English and Swedish.

• Developing the end user satisfaction by improving the support processes for the IT Finance area
• Enhancing and developing the solution by adding new features and building automations
• Deliver Service and support to our internal business users by troubleshooting, finding solutions, and answering technical questions for issues related to our financial systems
• Administrate and configure the financial applications, i.e. end user and permissions management, data structuring, system setup, master data management etc.
• Document and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.

The role

You strive to make our financial processes more effective with the use of technology.

As IT Finance Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for the IT Finance ServiceDesk for our financial systems. You will provide solutions, responses and collaborate with the other team members in the IT Finance team.

Also, you will be responsible for securing and configure new functionality and automating manual processes.

By working in the middle of the finance organization, you will build relations with stakeholders within finance as well as with other departments. You will use your creativity and skills to make life easier for all employees and for the departments that are using the IT Finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing the end user satisfaction by improving the support processes for the IT Finance area

What we’re looking for

• You have experience from working with financial applications and reporting systems like Dynamics 365 for finance and operations and Planning Analytics
• You have a background working with financial administration.
• You are familiar with building automation of financial processes.
• Have at least 1 year of experience working in a support organization.
• Have excellent communication skills and superb written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
