Job summary

Tata Technologies in Gothenburg, Sweden is seeking a Solution Quality & Release Engineer to join our team. The role links Consumer Quality, Quality Insight and Development to ensure customer-reported issues are identified, analyzed, prioritized and resolved.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality analysis and problem management.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (8D, DMAIC, Fishbone, 5 Why, etc.).
• Knowledge of field quality processes and customer complaint handling.
• Experience cross-functionally between development, customer support, and quality organizations.

The role
