Responsibilities

• Lead and drive quality-related initiatives across the Connected Experience (ConX) organization.
• Facilitate Operational Excellence meetings and track quality KPIs and improvement actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and deployment of quality processes, standards, and ways of working.
• Support teams in risk assessments, FMEA activities, and quality assurance practices.
• Ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle for both in-house and supplier-delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on quality objectives and resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide quality leadership and support to large-scale development programs involving software, hardware, and mechatronics.
• Strong experience in in-house product development and software quality assurance.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, from concept to deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, telematics, mobile applications, and embedded software development.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing quality within complex development programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, networking, and relationship-building skills.
