Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Solution Quality Lead to drive quality-related processes within our connectivity-focused client team. You will lead quality activities, facilitate Excellence meetings, and collaborate across functions to ensure reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience from in-house product development.
• Familiar with QA for in-house and supplier-provided software.
• Ability to engage across functions and levels.
• Experience from large-scale development programs involving software, hardware and mechatronics.
• Experience from project management and agile ways of working.
• Strong ability to build relationships, trust and cross-functional collaboration.
• Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable facilitating meetings and driving alignment.
• Understanding of cloud solutions, telematics, mobile applications and embedded development.
• Good understanding of the full in-house software development process, from concept to deployment, including quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality-related activities across the unit, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Operational Excellence meetings, follow up on agreed KPIs, and ensure actions and improvements are implemented.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to create alignment and drive consistent quality approaches.
• Support the unit with risk analyses, FMEA and other quality-related methods and tools.
• Contribute to deployment of standardized ways of working and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Influence ways of working and strengthen quality performance across teams.
