The role

The Connected Experience organization within R&D includes Remote Functions like Digital Key, Connectivity and Car Cloud Platform, Infotainment Platform, Applications and Data & Diagnostics. Our vision is to make all cars connected and provide a continuously enhanced experience for both new and existing cars.

What you will do/Responsibilities

In the new domain of digital key and approach the phone will become the primary key for your car. We are looking for a senior developer who might be our next lead developer within the team or a developer on the way to becoming this. Connecting the user and the digital key with the car in the cloud and the actual phone, that is the challenge we are to solve. You will be creating solutions and integrate it with key players in the industry such as Google, Samsung and Apple among others.

Your background

You are an experienced cloud developer with at least 3 years of experience. You are curious and have a quality mindset and sees CI/CD as something that is essential for being a developer. Knowledge and hands on experience of Java and Digital Key is a key part if you are to help lead this into the future together with us. Previous experience from the automotive industry is a plus due to tight integrations towards the car even though the work will be cloud development.

This role is challenging and rewarding. You will need to be structured and also be able to execute on requirements and helping out in defining the work to be planned and implemented.
