Job summary

Swedbank seeks a Senior Solution Architect to drive modern ServiceNow-based solutions, leveraging AI, integrations, and data platforms. You will partner with the Chief Product Owner to translate vision into technical roadmaps and provide architectural leadership across delivery teams.

You will design integrations, ensure security and compliance, guide agile product teams, conduct architecture reviews, and maintain documentation while collaborating with enterprise architects and procurement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
• Experience in Agile/product-centric delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience working with Enterprise systems solutions and ServiceNow modules.
• Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural guidance during planning, backlog grooming, and PI planning activities.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Lead architecture reviews and maintain architecture documentation.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Partner with the Chief Product Owner to translate long term product vision and strategic objectives into technical solution and development roadmaps
• Support Agile Product Owner(s) and IT team in refining business requirements, epics, features, and user stories
• Provide architectural guidance during product planning, backlog grooming, and PI planning activities
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders regarding solution direction and technology investments
• Collaborate with the Procurement Domain & VDE Architect to ensure consistency between procurement, vendor management, and third-party risk management capabilities
• Ensure alignment with Swedbank and Group Procurement architecture principles, technology standards, and security requirements
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for solution improvements
• Maintain architecture documentation
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, including Data Lake/Andromeda, Identity Management systems, Reporting & Analytics platforms
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, and architecture impacts across delivery teams
• Provide technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle

What is needed in this role:

• 7+ years of Solution Architecture experience
• Experience working within Agile and product-centric delivery organizations
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Experience supporting Product Owners, Chief Product Owners, and Agile delivery teams
• Experience working with Enterprise system solutions
• Experiece from working with ServiceNow (IRM/GRC, BCM, Vendor Risk Management, TPRM and Operational Resilience modules)
• Experience with enterprise integration architecture and API design
• Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 4900-7300 € gross i.e. before taxes.

If you are to be employed in Estonia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 4400-6600 € gross i.e. before taxes.
