What will you be doing?

In this role you will be focusing on our custody transformation program and play a pivotal role in driving and guiding our strategic transformation from an end-to-end perspective. The custody transformation program is one of SEB’s key initiatives for developing our savings and investments offering. By modernising our custody infrastructure, we are building a modern next generation custody platform.

You will actively guide and contribute to this ongoing large-scale digital transformation and help build completely new capabilities to position SEB as an industry leader within the wealth and asset management area (i.e. investments and trading in stocks,fundsand other financial instruments).

You will collaborate extensively with technology and architecture stakeholders across the organization, as well as businessand business servicesrepresentatives.

Your responsibility will be to:

• ShapeanddriveSEB’s architecturetransformationagenda for the wealth and asset managementareawithfocusonthe custodytransformation program. A key to success is close collaboration with other parts of SEBregardinge.g.front-end applications,business layers, ledgers, authorization,cloud, API,AIand data management.

• Drive change,transformationsandmodernizationstowards our target architecture.

• Propose and implement future-ready, modern,secureand stable solutions which attract and service our clients and gain their trust.

• Interact with other architects in relevant parts of SEB to be able to align and materialize your architecture roadmaps. You will also be part of theSEB architect communityand both the programs and Wealth Asset Management architecture designauthorities.

• Build, develop, andmaintainstrong relationships with internal and external stakeholders totruly understandneeds, anchor yourideasand shape sustainable solutions.

• Finally, you willbe part ofa team of solution architects focusing on theWealth and Asset Managementarea. The team is led by the domain architect for the area that you will interact closely with.

Who are you?

• Well-anchoredinTech,with architectureexperienceacross different technical platformsandensuresplansare grounded in an understanding of current technologies, client requirements, and emerging opportunities.

• At least 5yearsprofessional experience as aSolutionArchitect.

• End-to-endunderstandingofwealth, savings, trading and investmentservices,processesandclientneeds from a digitalization perspective.

• Proventrack recordof successful architecture-driven changes ina highly complexenvironment.

• Outstandingrelationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust among stakeholders and partners.Maintains a strong commitment to delivering tangible solutions through a focused, goal-driven approach.

• Advanced oral and written communication abilities, adept at articulating concepts, visualizing architectural roadmaps, and engaging effectively with stakeholders across Business, Business Services, andTech.

• Employs a pragmatic yet creative mindset to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for complex business challenges.

• Takes personal responsibility for achieving and delivering impactful, high-value outcomes.

It’s a strong plus if you have

• Experience frombeing the Lead Solution Architect for a larger transformation.

• Hands-on experience driving modernization from legacy platformsto modern cloud solutions.

• Designing AI components in solutions.
