Job summary

Swedbank in Stockholm, Sundbyberg, is seeking an accounting professional with 3–4+ years of experience to support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. You will work with both parent company and branch accounting, interpreting accounting regulations and driving improvement across the finance function.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
• 3–4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Solid understanding of Swedish and international accounting standards.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Proactive mindset with drive for improvement and development.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.
