Job summary

Husqvarna Group in Huskvarna is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and maintain internal R&D PC tools, covering configuration, testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and firmware deployment for handheld battery products.

You will also work on the internal web page for released software and contribute scripts used at dealers and in production lines. Close collaboration with software and hardware teams is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree within software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• A few years of experience in software development.
• Good knowledge of C#, WPF, .NET Framework, Python, CI/CD, Git, Power BI, and serial communication.
• Experience from AWS, infrastructure as code, Python CDK, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Django, Databricks, embedded software development, or measurement tool integration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal R&D PC tools used for configuration, testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and firmware deployment.
• Maintain the team’s internal web page with information on released software for handheld battery tools.
• Create and manage scripts used at dealers and on the production line for firmware download and testing.
• Provide third-line support when needed, without on-call duties.
