Job summary

WeQuel is seeking a Site Service Coordinator in Luleå to lead the coordination and follow-up of site services within a large industrial construction project. You will ensure services are planned, ordered, executed and tracked in line with scope, cost, schedule and quality, acting as a key interface between Site Services, main contractors and service suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in service coordination, contractor management or construction support.
• Experience with industrial or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
• Professional English; Swedish a plus.
• Experience coordinating Contractors and suppliers, planning, ordering and follow-up.
• Understanding of contracts, work orders and commercial follow-up.

Job description

We at WeQuel are now looking for a Site Service Coordinator in Luleå. You will become an important part of the client’s Owner’s team, coordinating and following up site services within a large-scale industrial construction project.

You will ensure that services are properly planned, ordered, executed and followed up in line with agreed scope, cost, schedule and quality requirements. The role combines operational coordination, contractor management and commercial follow-up. You will act as a key interface between Site Services, main construction contractors and service suppliers.

As a consultant with us, you will work with one of our clients, who are leading companies within heavy industry, energy and infrastructure. You will contribute to efficient project delivery, structured contractor collaboration and sustainable solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Coordination and follow-up of assigned site services

• Planning, ordering, execution follow-up and performance monitoring of contractors and suppliers

• Coordination of construction power and water, waste management, machine services, road maintenance, dust suppression, snow removal, rental equipment and other site support services

• Interface between Site Services, main construction contractors and service suppliers

• Regular site presence to monitor service delivery and resolve operational issues

• Cost control, invoice verification and commercial follow-up

• Documentation, reporting and performance KPIs

You will work in a dynamic project environment, driving issues to resolution independently while collaborating with many stakeholders across the project.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in service coordination, contractor management or construction support, preferably in industrial or large-scale construction projects

• Relevant technical or commercial education, or equivalent professional experience

• Professional English (Swedish is an advantage)

• Experience working within an Owner’s team or client organisation on industrial, construction or infrastructure projects

• Proven ability to coordinate contractors and suppliers, including planning, ordering, execution follow-up and performance monitoring

• Experience coordinating construction utilities, waste management, machine services, temporary utilities or similar site support services

• Good understanding of scopes of work, service agreements, work orders, call-offs and commercial contract requirements

• Familiarity with Swedish construction contracts, procurement processes and commercial follow-up

• Experience in cost control, invoice verification, documentation, reporting and performance KPIs

• Good HSEQ awareness and understanding of contractor responsibilities and Owner’s team interfaces

• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple service areas at the same time

• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented

• Regular on-site presence in Luleå

Meritorious

• Experience establishing or improving service delivery processes, reporting routines and contractor performance monitoring

• Experience with digital procurement, cost management and reporting tools, such as SAP, Kubicom, Power BI or similar systems

• Experience with mobilisation, demobilisation and handover of temporary site services during different construction phases
