Job summary

WeQuel is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master in Södertälje to lead a cross‑functional team building digital services for route planning. You will enable high performance, coach stakeholders, and facilitate agile practices in a hybrid setup with 50% remote work.

Join a client project in the automotive/digital services space, driving continuous improvement and value delivery with a servant‑leader mindset alongside product owners, developers, UX and data specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software or digital product development
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, agile methodologies and team facilitation techniques
• Experience supporting cross-functional product development teams
• Experience driving continuous improvement and agile maturity within teams and organisations
• Experience handling dependencies, risks and delivery planning in complex environments
• Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across technical and business domains
• Hands‑on experience facilitating agile delivery using Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Fluent professional English

We at WeQuel are now looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master in Södertälje, where you will join a team developing digital services for route planning. You will drive agile ways of working and enable a high-performing, cross-functional team that builds user-centric digital products and services.

As a consultant with us, you get the opportunity to work with one of our clients, a leading company within the automotive and heavy vehicle industry. There you will combine hands‑on facilitation with coaching and stakeholder collaboration, and help the team deliver value efficiently, sustainably and with high quality.

Your tasks:

• Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement

• Coaching of the team and stakeholders in agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement

• Supporting the delivery of digital services related to driver evaluation, coaching and performance insights

• Removing impediments and proactively addressing risks, dependencies and delivery challenges

• Fostering collaboration between product management, development, UX, analytics and business stakeholders

• Creating transparency around progress, priorities and team capacity

• Supporting backlog management and alignment between business goals and technical execution

• Driving improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency, quality and predictability

• Facilitating communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders

You work as a servant leader, creating structure and clarity in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment, in close collaboration with product owners, developers, designers and data specialists.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or a related field

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software or digital product development

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, agile methodologies and team facilitation techniques

• Experience supporting cross-functional product development teams

• Experience from connected vehicles, telematics, driver behaviour analysis, mobility services or digital coaching solutions

• Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams
