Brose Gothenburg is seeking a Finance Manager to own the site\'s financial operations and partner with the local management team. You will lead the local finance organization, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic insight.

The role requires strong SAP FI/CO expertise, knowledge of Swedish tax regulations, and IFRS-based reporting. Excellent leadership and English communication are essential for success in our dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance or controlling, ideally in industrial/manufacturing.
• Documented expertise in SAP FI/CO.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish financial and tax regulations and IFRS-based reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the site's financial operations.
• Lead and develop the local finance organization (1 direct report).
• Provide reliable financial information and analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closings per Swedish regulations and BIAM.
