Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a full-time Site Safety Inspector to join our Boden, Sweden project. The inspector will report to the Site Safety Manager and oversee subcontractors engaged in mechanical and electrical work, ensuring compliance with project specs and Swedish safety rules.

Responsibilities include leading site safety meetings, training craft personnel, investigating incidents, proposing corrective actions, reporting deviations, and maintaining daily inspection reports for the Project Team.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with strong record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in field computer use and reporting.
• CSP, HSE or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors engaged in mechanical and electrical work.
• Monitor safety compliance with project specs and local regulations.
• Lead site safety meetings and organize safety committee activities.
