Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking a seasoned IT HR systems specialist for a fixed-term contract to design, build and continuously improve the client’s online platform. You will gather business requirements, coordinate HR applications, and ensure resiliency and availability of products while collaborating with business stakeholders and vendors.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and HR/Payroll systems is required.

Job Description

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR business users and IT vendors, ensuring effective service delivery and timely issue resolution.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.

• Support the ongoing improvement of HR processes and People Platform services.

• Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience in application support within large enterprise environments.
• Additional experience supporting SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and HR/Payroll applications.
• Strong business-facing communication and vendor coordination experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Lean practices.
