Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Stockholm invites an experienced specialist to design, build and continuously improve our client's online platform using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

You will implement Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation, create Canvas and Model‑driven Apps, and build Power Automate workflows while ensuring security, governance and scalable integration with SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams and other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform is required.
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable AI agents is required.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Fx.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph and API integrations.
• Understanding of Azure AI Services, Generative AI and modern automation architectures.
• Experience with enterprise governance, security, compliance and ALM.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph and API integrations.

• Experience with enterprise governance, security, compliance and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).


• Fluency in English is mandatory.


• Design, develop, integrate and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for internal business processes.


• Create topics, conversation flows, triggers, actions and agent logic, integrating relevant knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse and Microsoft Graph.


• Implement Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where appropriate.


• Develop Canvas Apps and Model‑driven Apps using Power Apps.


• Build, maintain and optimise Power Automate workflows to digitise and automate business processes.


• Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.


• Use Power Fx to implement business logic, validation and user interactions.


• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure services and other enterprise systems through REST APIs, custom connectors and standard connectors.


• Leverage Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management and Azure AI Services where required.


• Implement ALM practices using Power Platform solutions, environments, pipelines, Git and Azure DevOps.


• Document solution architecture, interfaces, data flows and operational processes.


• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reusable, maintainable and compliant with enterprise standards.


• Monitor performance, usage, errors and costs, and support incident, change, release and production operations.


• Provide technical guidance on solution architecture, scalability, platform capabilities and make‑or‑buy decisions.


• Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agent development.


• Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Fx.


• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph and API integrations.


• Azure AI Services, Generative AI and RAG concepts.

• Keeps up with Microsoft AI and Power Platform developments and evaluates their business value.


• Takes responsibility across requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment and production support.


• Deliver intelligent, secure and scalable enterprise solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, ensuring a maintainable, well‑documented and reusable solution landscape.
