Job summary

IQVIA Sweden is seeking a Principal, Value & Access to lead Nordic market access consulting for life sciences clients. You will build trusted relationships, shape engagements, and deliver high-quality reimbursement, HTA and payer strategies across Sweden and Nordic markets.

You will guide project delivery, identify new opportunities, mentor staff, and collaborate with global IQVIA capabilities to provide integrated solutions that create measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• 10+ years in consulting, pharma, and healthcare with HTA/HEOR focus.
• Proven ability to identify client pain points and develop market access solutions.
• Track record in driving sales and offering development.
• Strong Nordic Swedish industry and payer network.
• Analytical thinker who communicates clearly.
• Builds trust-based, collaborative team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal owner of strategic client engagements from initial conversations to delivery.
• Create and elevate new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Identify opportunities to sell integrated IQVIA solutions (PMA, HEOR/HTA, evidence strategy).
• Collaborate with Nordic and global teams to design, develop, and deliver projects.
• Ensure high-quality work meeting client expectations; stay current on industry trends.
• Mentor and coach others; serve as development lead to 3-4 staff.
