Job summary

IQVIA Sweden seeks a Principal in Health Economics, HTA and Value & Access to lead advisory engagements across life sciences payers and providers. You will shape evidence strategies, manage client relationships and deliver high-impact projects with global reach.

The role focuses on expanding HE/HTA/V&A practice, mentoring staff, leading multi-offering projects, and contributing to thought leadership while ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare with a focus on HTA/HEOR.
• Experience with AI/ML is a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop HE/HTA solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in global deals.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements from initial conversations to project delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Present educational and go-to-market materials about offerings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead projects spanning multiple HE/HTA/V&A offerings.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure delivery of high-quality work.
• Mentor staff and lead people-related initiatives.
