Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director, Value & Access Consulting to join the Nordic team in Stockholm. You will lead engagements on market access, reimbursement, HTA, health economics, and evidence generation for Sweden and the Nordics. A senior, client-facing role with responsibility for strategy and outcomes.

You will mentor teams, develop evidence-based access strategies, and contribute to the growth of IQVIA's Nordic Value & Access practice. Strong Swedish market knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience within life sciences, consulting, market access, HEOR, health economics, pricing, or reimbursement.
• Strong expertise in the Swedish market access and payer environment.
• Experience in one or more additional Nordic markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements in market access, reimbursement, HTA, and pricing strategy.
• Deliver high-quality consulting projects across Sweden and the Nordics.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Lead projects covering market access strategy, launch planning, reimbursement pathways, value communication, and health economic evidence.
• Advise clients on Swedish and Nordic payer and HTA requirements.
