Job summary

IQVIA in Copenhagen is seeking a Principal within the HE/HTA/V&A practice to lead complex HTA/HEOR engagements for Nordic HQ life sciences clients. You will shape strategies, drive revenue, and deliver high‑impact evidence generation projects with a client‑centric mindset.

You will mentor staff, build client relationships, and collaborate across advisory services clusters to extend IQVIA's value in payer evidence, pricing and market access.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a health or life sciences field.
• 10+ years in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare with a focus on HTA/HEOR.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive HQ/global deals.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal owner of client engagements from initial conversations to solution delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Lead thought leadership and firm-building initiatives in HE/HTA/V&A.
• Mentor and coach staff to elevate capabilities and deliver world-class solutions.
