Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director, Value & Access Consulting to join the Nordic team in Stockholm. The role combines strategic consulting, health economics, and market access expertise to support life sciences companies across Sweden and the Nordics.

You will lead engagements on market access, reimbursement, HTA, and evidence generation, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to growth of IQVIA's Nordic Value & Access practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in life sciences, health economics, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in life sciences, consulting, market access, HTA, HEOR, health economics, pricing, or reimbursement.
• Strong expertise in Swedish market access and payer environment; Nordic experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements across the Sweden and Nordics, delivering high-quality market access projects.
• Drive Value & Access excellence by developing and implementing market access strategy, launch planning, and evidence generation.
• Advise on Swedish and Nordic payer requirements and health economic modeling (cost-effectiveness, budget impact).
• Identify evidence gaps and support real-world evidence strategies to strengthen payer engagement.
• Contribute to business growth by building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and mentoring colleagues.
