Job summary

Navigraph seeks a UX Designer to shape the user experience of aviation tools across web, desktop, and in-simulator interfaces from our Charts app to ancillary utilities. You will research, prototype, validate, and refine features while contributing to a scalable design system.

You will work hands-on in the end-to-end UX process, collaborate with engineers, and help grow our user research infrastructure and behavioral analytics across products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product/UX design across web, native mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Strong passion for UX and design quality.
• Curious about users and their behavior.
• Able to plan and conduct research to identify opportunities and usability issues.
• Experience balancing discovery, delivery and iteration across multiple initiatives.
• Hands-on design of features, interaction details, and UX/UI.
• Experience with data-dense, professional tools or technical domains.
• Clear and precise English communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape user experience across Navigraph product suite from Charts to desktop utilities.
• Design, prototype, validate, and refine features through to implementation.
• Contribute to design system for consistency and scalability.
• Build and improve user research infrastructure and behavioral analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers.
