Job summary

Navigraph, based in central Stockholm, is seeking a UX Designer to join the Application Development Department. You will shape the user experience of aviation tools used by a global, passionate user base and work across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

You will own end-to-end UX processes, conduct research, design in Figma, prototype, validate, and refine features while contributing to our design system and collaborating with engineers to ensure scalable, high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product/UX design across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work and research.
• Proficient in Figma and building scalable design systems.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape the user experience across Navigraph's product suite, including Charts app and desktop utilities.
• Lead research, frame problems, and validate design decisions through prototyping.
• Design and refine features end-to-end and contribute to the design system.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure consistency and quality.
