Job summary

airapps is on the lookout for a Product Designer to create user-centered designs for their AI-powered resource planner. This fully onsite position is based in Lisbon, where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in modern design.
• Solid understanding of usability and visual design principles.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop and maintain design systems for cohesive interfaces.
• Own the entire design process, ensuring responsive experiences.
• Work with Product Managers to define requirements and strategies.
• Continuously refine designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Mentor less experienced designers in a collaborative environment.
