Job summary

Mentimeter in Stockholm is seeking a Senior User Researcher to lead cross-team synthesis, design clear evidence, and shape how insights travel across product areas. You will collaborate with Product Designers, PMs, and Data teams to build scalable research practices.

You will own the synthesis layer, develop new methods and tools (including AI-assisted approaches), and connect research questions to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Embedded in a product team, with SaaS experience or similar.
• Product designer with user research skills or a researcher with product design/PM instincts.
• Experience at a product company with multiple products or product areas where insights travel across teams.
• 7+ years of experience in research, product design, or a hybrid role with influence on product/strategy.
• Strong communication and storytelling to translate complexity into actionable insights.
• Comfort with new ways of working as research practice evolves.
• Business acumen to connect research to retention/expansion outcomes.
• Genuine interest in using AI to scale and evolve how research is done.

Responsibilities

• Own the synthesis layer and cross-team artifacts that enable insights to travel across teams.
• Design evidence that is clear, consumable, and inspiring to use.
• Build new methods, tools, and formats for evolving user research, including AI-enabled approaches.
• Connect questions to product strategy and measurable business impact.
• Collaborate as a peer with Product Designers and Product Leaders.
• Help build feedback loops to make Mentimeter smarter about its users over time.
• Raise the bar on clarity in every artifact you produce.
