The partner is strengthening its capability in quantitative product insight that complements behavioural research. You will combine survey design, product analytics and experimentation to drive progress that colleagues can act on and leaders can evaluate.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience delivering quantitative product insight that complements behavioural research in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of survey design and product analytics.
• Practical experience applying experimentation and segmentation.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving statistics.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Responsibilities

• Own the practical direction for quantitative product insight that complements behavioural research.
• Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for survey design and product analytics.
• Establish useful standards, routines or artefacts around experimentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies affecting segmentation.
• Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve statistics.
• Strengthen knowledge sharing, decision quality and sustainable ownership across the team.
