Qualifications

• Solid experience in leading sourcing projects and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor or support colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive buying and sourcing strategies aligned with internal stakeholder needs.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects from requirement definition to implementation.
• Drive RFIs, RFQs, including market analysis and supplier evaluation.
