Job summary

Snowprint Studios in Stockholm is seeking an experienced Environment Artist to own the environment art for upcoming projects. You will create stylized environments and props, assemble them in Unity, and drive the visual direction with room to experiment while keeping player experience at the center.

You’ll collaborate with the Art Director, Designers, and Tech Artists to ensure visuals are coherent, performant, and aligned with gameplay needs.

Qualifications

• Experienced Environment Artist with shipped games, preferably handheld/mobile.
• Proficient in modular workflows, set dressing, lighting, and scene optimization.
• Fluent in Unity and 3D modelling tools; Substance Designer/Painter a plus.
• Self-driven, takes ownership, and communicates clearly across teams.
• Player-focused and passionate about great games.
• Based in Stockholm, Sweden; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Create stylized environments, props and assemble them in Unity.
• Collaborate with Art Director, Designers, Tech Artists to ensure coherence and performance.
• Experiment with approaches and continuously improve environment art quality.
