Job summary

Snowprint Studios in Stockholm is seeking a Concept Artist to shape character and outfit concepts, contribute to props, environments, and key art, and help unify the game's visual direction.

You’ll translate ideas into clear turnarounds for 3D artists, collaborate with the Art Director and the team, and adapt your style to the project in a hybrid Stockholm setup. The company language is English, and relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience on at least one released game in a stylized, fantasy, or high-fidelity project.
• Strong understanding of character design including anatomy, clothing, poses, lighting, composition, mood, and surfaces.
• Experience from concept to 3D with clear turnarounds for 3D artists.
• Adaptable to established art direction and able to work across characters, props, environments, and key art.

Responsibilities

• Create concepts for characters and outfits that translate to 3D models.
• Develop turnarounds and detailed concepts from early ideas.
• Create key art, title screens, props, environments when needed.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and team, iterating with feedback.
