Jobgether is seeking a senior Solutions Architect based in Sweden for a fully remote, full-time role. You will define architecture strategy, roadmaps, and reference patterns while guiding engineering teams through complex decisions across multi-domain platforms.

The role blends pre-sales and delivery, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with long-term platform goals. Hands-on when needed, you will mentor teams and influence senior engineers without formal authority.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, incl. 5+ years in architecture-focused roles.
• Proven design, delivery and evolution of distributed systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOA, event-driven design, SQL/databases.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture blueprints, roadmaps and reference patterns for complex platforms.
• Design scalable, secure distributed systems balancing performance, cost and operations.
• Guide DevOps adoption, CI/CD, deployment strategies, observability and operational excellence.
