Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sweden is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architecture Manager to lead the Swedish solutions architecture team and drive cloud adoption across industries.

You will hire, coach, and develop senior solutions architects, partner with account management and services, and align initiatives to maximize long-term value. You’ll shape strategy, deliver customer-focused outcomes, and mentor your team in cloud adoption, architecture, and communication.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience overall with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
Experience building technical teams including hiring, training, and mentoring.
Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to engage executives and developers.

Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, train, and grow Solutions Architects and Managers.
Coach architects to transfer deep technical skills to customers.
Represent AWS Sweden in public events and with customers.
Formulate and execute customer-focused strategy to drive adoption of AWS.
Guide development of whitepapers, data sheets, and best practices.
Own the technical strategy to increase customer value and adoption of well-architected AWS solutions.
Act as conduit between customers, service engineering teams and support.
