Job summary

Sii Sweden is seeking a strategic, technically skilled Senior Atlassian Architect to join our Agile & Atlassian team in Sweden. You will design, deliver, and optimize Atlassian-based solutions for clients, leading projects and mentoring teammates.

This hybrid role combines hands-on architecture with client interaction and presales support. You will work with JIRA, Confluence, and Cloud offerings, shaping best practices and automation strategies while guiding client engagements and community

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing Atlassian solutions.
• Deep expertise in JIRA, Atlassian Tools, and Atlassian Confluence.
• Hands-on mastery of Atlassian Cloud, Atlassian Guard, and Atlassian Organization Administration.
• Practical experience with Rovo and Loom.
• Strong command of best practices in the Atlassian ecosystem and experience in optimizing tools.
• Advanced level of English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality, scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions that meet client needs and follow best practices
• Leading and coordinating project teams as a Technical Lead, ensuring smooth collaboration and on-time delivery
• Solving complex technical and architectural challenges within the Atlassian ecosystem
• Providing strategic guidance to clients on Atlassian platform development, integrations, and process improvements
• Supporting presales activities by designing solution architectures, contributing to proposals, and recommending the right technologies
• Participating in marketing and community initiatives, such as webinars, conferences, and industry events
• Mentoring team members and supporting their growth through training and knowledge sharing
• Analyzing client environments and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance their workflows
