Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect Manager to lead the Swedish solutions architecture team and help customers across industries succeed with AWS technologies. Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience building and leading teams of solutions architects or engineers.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executives and technical staff.
• AWS knowledge and customer-facing advisory experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop Solutions Architects and Architecture Managers.
• Lead strategic initiatives to drive cloud adoption and customer value.
• Represent AWS Sweden in public events and with customers.
• Formulate and execute customer-focused strategies with account teams.
• Develop high-value guidance, whitepapers, and best practices.
