Job summary

Airswift is seeking a seasoned Site Construction Manager to lead and direct all construction activities on a major water treatment project. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, develop and maintain the Site Construction Schedule, and drive progress on a demanding industrial site.

You must have extensive hands-on project leadership experience in tough industrial environments, with strong problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the construction sector.
• Proficient with MS Office suite, Blue Beam, Navisworks, and navigating 3D models
• MEP experience/background
• Experience in water/wastewater treatment preferred
• OSHA standards and other site safety practices
• Organization and priority-defining skills
• Ability to listen, communicate in English and collaborate
• On-site 6/2 or 3/1 schedule

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and direct construction from beginning to end.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager.
• Create and manage the overall Site Construction Schedule.
• Maintain 3-week lookahead schedules weekly.
• Manage all construction activities per the Project Schedule.
• Track inventory and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Attend customer and contractor meetings and provide direction.
• Ensure site acts per design, budget, and schedule.
• Mitigate risks and adjust resources to keep the schedule on track.
